Answer: Henan Longxiaoya Food Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the production and sales of popcorn, and it is a manufacturer. Our factory is located at East of Datai Road, Yanwei Village, Daliu Town, Yuanhui District, Luohe City, Henan Province. The monthly production capacity is 30,000 boxes, and the annual output is 330,000 boxes.
Q2: What is the shelf life?
Answer: 9 months.
Q3: Is there an after-sales service guarantee?
Answer: Of course. We attach great importance to customer satisfaction. If there are product problems caused by production reasons, the factory will be responsible for handling them.
Q4: What is the product range of your company?
Answer: We specialize in producing various flavors of popcorn, millet crisps, yam chips, rice crackers, small twists and other Chinese characteristic snacks.

Q6: What are the raw materials of the popcorn?
Answer: We use non-genetically modified corn from Northeast China, high-quality caramel powder, high-quality malt syrup fermented from grains, and low-fat oil extracted from natural palm oil.
Q7: How many flavors of popcorn do you have? Please send me your catalog.
Answer: Regular flavors include cream, caramel, and fruit; customized flavors include salted butter, cheese, chocolate, etc. OEM is welcome. (Regarding the product catalog, we will send it to you as soon as possible.)
Q8: What certificates do you have?
Answer: We have food export filing, ISO22000, HACCP, HALAL, FDA, and Sedex certificates.
Payment Questions
Q1: What payment terms do you accept?
Answer: 30% T/T in advance, and the remaining 70% T/T before shipment.
Q2: Is there any discount?
Answer: For orders of less than 100 boxes, the retail price applies; for orders of more than 100 boxes, a wholesale price is offered; for full container shipments, the FOB price is provided.
Q3: Do you provide samples? Can you do customization?
Answer: Of course. We can provide samples according to your needs and also offer OEM customization, including developing snack flavors as required. For customization, a research and development fee is required. In addition, you need to bear the courier fee for the samples.
Q4: Do you accept small batches or mixed container loads?
Answer: Yes, we support small-batch mixed orders. For specific details, you can consult the freight forwarder, or we can send the goods to your designated freight forwarder’s warehouse.
Q5: What are the shipping methods?
Answer: Sea freight is a common shipping method; samples can be shipped via couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and SF International.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
Answer: Usually, it takes 10-15 days after receiving the advance payment and design scheme.
